Look for the egg shingle at the farm for availability. The Buckeye chickens are an Ohio breed developed in Warren by Nettie Metcalf; and the Java are one of the oldest breeds of chicken in the Americas. Both are dual purpose (eggs & meat) birds with small combs that are great at free ranging. The Buckeyes are very personable, great for a backyard set-up.
